WEEKLY BRAINSCAN: 03/13/02

Entry 7: March 13, 2002: Hmm, 7 Brainscans in a year's time and it's supposed to be weekly? I think I'm batting a good average.

---------------------

OK, I am trying to do these things on a more consistent basis. Maybe someday I will even live up to the weekly name. I mean, it's not like I don't have time. I sit in front of the computer every freaking night looking at crap anyway so I guess I could devote a day a week to update these things. It's just that sometimes I have nothing worth writing about unless I want to talk about the WWF for the billonth time again(which I will be doing in this Brainscan once again). And since Karl and Smokin' Steve have been keeping a consistent weekly basis on their ramblings as of late (for Karl, the whole time he's been doing them), I'm going to try to do the same.

---------------------

So Wrestlemania X-8 is this Sunday and the hype machine is off the charts for what could possibly be the best damn Wrestlemania of all time. Yea, right. Whatever. Rock vs. Hogan, which should be the biggest match ever, won't be. Simple as that. Everyone saw on Monday night how slow and horrible Hogan still is wrestling and when you combine this with the deterioration of the Rock's in-ring skills, you got yourself a potential for a major disaster. But the WWF fans will still love it anyway because it's the Rock. Of course, you know, Hogan's going over. Why else would he have accepted the match plus it sets up a rematch for a later pay-per view.

Of course my favorite match is getting the least build-up. Well at least the least build-up against the actual two opponents: Jericho vs. HHH. You would think that Stephanie is the one wrestling HHH since that is all they focus on. Heaven forbid they let Jericho be the one to push the match. I mean, it's not like he is the best personality on the mic in the WWF now, is he? WWF needs to get their head out of their ass.

And although I should probably hate it, I am enjoying for the most part the NWO in the WWF. It was pretty cool to see the NWO against the Rock and Austin in a match together last Monday night. Although the match wasn't the greatest thing I've ever seen, it was still a historic moment in wrestling. I mean look at it this way. The NWO was the biggest thing in wrestling at one point and was stealing ratings away from the WWF, which they got back when they started building and pushing the characters of Stone Cold and the Rock. Now it's a match facing the biggest stars of Wrestling in the 90's, if not of all time. Plus Hogan is in the match so that throws in the biggest star of the 80's too.

Flair/Undertaker could be interesting if Undertaker wasn't in the match. He'll no-sell Flair's chops like mad. I hope Undertaker gets his unbeaten Wrestlemania streak broken this Sunday. Flair should be the one to do this. At least Undertaker was able to do what most of us have been wanting to do for the past couple of years now: beat the hell out of David Flair.

The Grammy's happened this past week.

Who cares.

---------------------

Haw, Celebrity Boxing! Yea, like I'm going to waste my time watching that crap. No, instead I wasted my time watching the WWF Divas Sex on the Beach Special crap. They were posing in the Bahamas at the Breezes Resort where I stayed at recently when I went back in January. I think I saw my favorite beach chair in the background that I spent some quality time laying on one night there.

eBay is addictive!!!

---------------------

Aw, man. My dad is watching some stupid movie called Billy Elliot right now. If I have to hear those annoying British accents anymore tonight, I just might have to put my head through this computer screen.

---------------------

Working in the MacDade Mall really sucks when it comes to girls. Don't get me wrong. There are some hot girls that work there and even some that shop in the Mall. But I don't feel like going to jail anytime soon. Actually some of these girls are turning legal this summer. YAY! Still too young!! But at least legal.

---------------------

Speaking of going to jail, I've been keeping up with this trial of this Glenolden Policeman Christopher Scaggs accused of rape. The dumbass should have never taken the stand. What a moron. Saying that she was the one who tried to force him to have sex. Yea, like anyone is going to believe that. Have you seen what this man looks like? I don't even think a hooker would put out for him. And then he says that when he came back to her house after she called 911, she tried to force him again and that he told her that she tried this already and that she forgot. What?!?! The surprising thing is that the jury is still deliberating and I think they actually adjourned until tomorrow to deliberate some more. Must have been something conflicting with her story or else this would be a simple open and shut case, especially with the incriminating evidence of him apologizing to the girl on tape. I think I saw this man come into the Wall a few times when I used to work there. He didn't seem to have all of his dogs on leashes, if you know what I mean.

---------------------

Well I've spewed out enough crap for tonight. See you next month, er, um... I mean next week when I try to accomplish what the name of this ramblings are called.
