What my desk looks like after a blizzard of note-taking, postcard-writing and refilling my pens with ink.

Some of the inks I use. From left: Aurora Black, Sheaffer Peacock Blue, Mont Blanc Green, Parker Penman Emerald and Mocha, Noodler's Black (waterproof) and Waterman Green.

Got caught up with writer's block, so I decided to play around with some of my toys in the hope of getting some writing done.  Clockwise: Sheaffer Viewpoint calligraphy pen, Aurora Style, Waterman Phileas, my mom's engraved Parker 21, my dad's Sheaffer PFM V, Lamy Flame (a Safari done in bright orange), red Esterbrook SJ  and  a Sheaffer Prelude. And yes, those are two of my favorite green inks from Mont Blanc and Waterman.
