The AILM vision is based on a consciousness that is both creative and realistic:
Creativebecause it recognizes the need for new ways of thinking and more innovative approaches to art forms,
Realisticbecause it looks at the conditions under which individuals, communities and countries exist.
The AILM vision is premised on the assumption that it is in the Arts where the aspirations and value system of the people are felt most. The Arts offers more insights, provides richer experiences and more profound challenges.
