Pizza, soda, chips. Pizza, soda, chips. Pizza, soda... hey, salsa!
Is this your gaming menu? Do you and your fellow adventurers chow down on the same expensive fast food every week? Wish you could eat something different, but don't want to take the time away from the game to cook?
Fear not! Come in to discover great vast pots of food that are quick and tasty. Well, not all of them are quick... but if they take a long time, they require no maintenance. Pop it in the oven, set the timer, and work on your gaming notes for an hour! All recipies here are field-tested by my gaming group, feed six players plus the game master, and assume that at least half of the people eating will eat enough for two.
The Recipies
Poor Man's Beef Stroganoff - egg noodles, ground beef, cream of mushroom soup
Chili and Corn Bread - ground beef, red kidney beans, canned tomatos, corn meal
Tasty Broiled Chicken with Rice and Vegetables - chicken breasts, sauce, rice, vegetables
Pork with White Wine and Rosemary - pork cutlets, rosemary, white wine, rice, vegetables
Marinated London Broil with Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli - London broil steaks, marinade, instant mashed potatoes, broccoli
Oven Roasted Beef with Vegetables - beef, onions, potatoes, carrots
Beef Stew - stew meat, potatoes, carrots, onions
Anglo-Saxon Beef Stew - stew meat, almond milk, frozen cherries
Sweet and Sour Pork - pork, pineapple, red pepper, honey, vinegar
Beverage Alternatives
Chocolate milk - our gamers love this stuff
Apple cider - in season, hot or cold
Homeade iced tea or lemonade - control the amount of sugar
Hot tea or coffee - Black tea or coffee has more caffiene than Mountain Dew. And you can control the sugar level yourself. You can ice coffee just like tea, too, if it's hot out.

Shopping and Cooking for the Horde
I've found that buying, preparing, and serving meals for 8-10 is much different than for 1-3. These are some tricks I've picked up.
