2/22/03--On Turkey's supposed agreement with
the US on an aid package (i.e. "bribe and extortion"
deal):
They had been crowing for a whole lot more at
one point [I THINK IN THE 20-30 BILLION RANGE]....we dropped the
offer and threatened to walk away...they caved. 15 billion is
not even a drop in our bucket.
