About Us - Who is behind Sequoia Drive-In?
Marc Frederick - Owner
Mr. Frederick formerly VP of Operations of Cops Donuts, lends insight with 20 plus years in high volume restaurant operations. He has a wealth of strategic and tactical knowledge in building and managing multi-site restaurants, and leading organizations through complex start-up, turnaround and high-growth operations. His accomplishments include successfully directing the opening of ten Krispy Kreme restaurants in Northern California within a three year period, opening the first Boston Market in Northern California as well as directing operations for eight Carl's Jr. restaurants in the South Bay Area.  His experience has also included restaurant operations in Yosemite National Park.
Kevin Bruzzone - Consultant
Kevin is currently a market partner with a large restaurant organization in the upper Northwest and a long time friend of Mr. Frederick. His expertise in restaurant operations comes from 20 plus years in the business. Kevin was an area Vice President for Boston Market and a regional manager for Carl's Jr. Restaurants. He has provided assistance and support in the redevelopment of the Sequoia Drive-In restaurant. Kevin will continue to be involved and lend his advice to Marc in the expansion of the concept.

Gary Vick - Consultant
Gary is also a long time friend to Marc and has been very helpful in this project. Gary has over 25 years in the restaurant industry and is currently a franchise owner of seven restaurants. He has given valuable advice to Marc in the building of this company and he will continue to do so in the future.

Cayenne Kingsford - Assistant Manager
Cayenne is the Assistant Manager for Sequoia Drive-In under the leadership of Marc Frederick. He has many years of experience as a line cook and supervisor. Before joining the team at Sequoia, Cayenne worked at Stump Town Brewery and the Rivers End restaurant in Sonoma County. Cayenne is a long time resident of Sonoma County and brings insight to the job about the people and culture in the Sonoma area. He looks forward at the chance to work and grow with Sequoia Drive-In.
