Marc Frederick - Owner
Mr. Frederick formerly VP of Operations of Cops Donuts, lends insight with 20 plus years in high volume restaurant operations. He has a wealth of strategic and tactical knowledge in building and managing multi-site restaurants, and leading organizations through complex start-up, turnaround and high-growth operations. His accomplishments include successfully directing the opening of ten Krispy Kreme restaurants in Northern California within a three year period, opening the first Boston Market in Northern California as well as directing operations for eight Carl's Jr. restaurants in the South Bay Area. His experience has also included restaurant operations in Yosemite National Park.
