Orphanage #3
The orphanage #3 has been located in the Central district since 1987. At present it has been providing home for 120 children whose age ranges from 3 to 13 years. The children who reach the school age attend the state secondary school where they study together with children from families living in the neighborhood.At the age of 13 the children are transferred to a so called "internat", a special school for orphans and children from problem families. In summer the children from the orphanage live in a summer house in the country from June till August. There are 107 workers on the staff including 28 caregivers.
