Featured Members of our Guild

Our guild has two past presidents that have gone on to great things in the quilt world: Anelie Belden and Sandra Wagner.

Anelie Belden is a quilt instructor, quilt designer, and an author of a book about to be released. Anelie’s new book, “Thoroughly Modern Dresden” is scheduled for release in June.  Her original designs have been produced as patterns and sold in local stores. In 2001 one of her quilts was published by C&T publishing. Amador County TSPN TV station has invited her to appear as a monthly guest on the Amador Live Show to demonstrate quilting techniques. She is also going to be featured on Simply Quilts with Alex Anderson and Ricky Tims. Anelie is available for lectures and workshops.

Sandra Wagner is a fabric artist. She often creates works of art from her own hand-died fabric.  Some of her work has been featured at the Houston International Quilt Show.  In addition to showing and selling her work in galleries and shows, Sandra also teaches classes and does commission work.
