This website was created to help students easily find housing in Grenada, and help landlords advertise their properties where students will see them. There is no better medium in which to advertise than the internet. By providing students with information online, they are able to save time and money. Landlords are able to have a consistent listing where their properties are viewed and chosen by the students. This process is the easiest way to put students and landlords in touch with each other.

There is no cost to list your property on this site. It is free so that landlords will be encouraged to provide their listings. However, there is no point in listing your site if you can't provide your own website with pictures and detailed information about your properties, for students to view online.
