Roadpeace 'Remember Me' Campaign

Starting from 31st August 2003, small plaques displaying a single red flower on a black background and carrying the message 'Remember Me' These plaques are being placed by the roadside to mark the place where someone has been killed or seriously injured on the road. The aim of the campaign is to raise awareness about death on our roads and remind drivers and pedestrians of the dangers. They represent a permanent memorial.



This plaque is placed on the A61 Halifax Road, Sheffield as a memorial to our son John, aged 13 years, killed 17th November 1994.
