Game No 16:
Finding Somebody's Age
1. First, pick a
number more than 1 but less than 10.
2. Multiply the number by 2.
3. Add 5.
4. Multiply it by 50 - I'll wait while you get a calculator!!
5. If you have already had your birthday this year, add 1753.
If you haven't, then add 1752.
6. Now subtract the four digit number of the year of your birth.
You should be left with a three digit number.
The first digit of this was your original number
The next two numbers are your age (oh yes they are!!)

Game No 18:
We Are Even
A girl asked a dollar
from her friend. Her friend was about to take out the dollar bill from her
purse that the girl said - "you keep 50 cents and give me only 50
cents."
The friend asked
"Why". The girl said - "Then you will owe me the 50 cents,
and I will also you 50 cents, and we will be even."
Is it OK? Reasoning
is logical, but somehow it is not reasonable.

Toothpick Triangles
You can make a
triangle that has three equal sides with three toothpicks. Similarly you can
make two triangles of equal sides with six toothpicks. But at the same time
you can make two triangles of equal sides with five toothpicks also.
Now the game is to
make four triangles of equal sides with only six toothpicks. Can you do it?
If not see the answer on Answer Page.
