All tube files have been zipped. Use
Winzip or pkunzip to unzip before exporting to your tube
directory.
Most of these flowers, particularly the larger ones, were photographed
instead of scanned. For download time, I compressed each picture
and down-sized. I sacrificed the size--but not the quality of
the tubes themselves. These are shown at about 80% size. Any discoloration
is caused by the jpg compression, and will not appear in the tubes.
Because there were so many Iris pictures, I added a separate
page for many of them. The link for the Iris page is provided
at the bottom, or you can get there from
HERE.
3 x 1 means 3 cells across, and one cell down; 2 x 2 would be
2 cells across, and two cells down. Most of the irises have 5
cells accross, and only one cell down. Step size means the distance
between each image (flower or leaf in the tube), and is usually
pretty much the size of each image. I use the horizontal distance
between flowers for step size. Fill this info into the popup menu
when you export your tube.
