Information

This Web page was produced using Claris Home Page for Windows 95 and the indespensible Notepad. I originally used Microsoft Publisher 97, but gradually became frustrated due to the large files it produced; everything was done using tables.

For more information about Claris Home Page, visit http://www.claris.com/intl/uk/. I am in no way associated with Claris, I just happen to like Home Page!

For the best viewing experience, you should use Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or better. Also, if you use a video mode less than 800x600x16-bit, these pages will not look very nice at all! To obtain a copy of Internet Explorer, follow the link at the bottom of this page.

This site is now thoroughly riddled with Dynamic HTML! You'll need IE4 to take advantage of this. I expect most of the stuff won't work with Netscape, because this has a very weak implementation of DHTML. Netscape uses a dumb palette for GIFs and some of my GIFs may look funny. Netscape also spends more time crashing than it does working. Version 3.0 Gold, which I am forced to use at certain locations that will remain anonymous to avoid embarassment, crashes the instant you throw any Javascript at it. To summarise, get Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0!

Anyone is welcome to link to files on my site, but please add a note saying that the link points to my site. I won't issue threats and get steamed up if people want to link to my files. There's no sense in cluttering up the Web with duplicated material!

I've adopted a convention for my pages whereby links to files (usually ZIPs) highlight in red when the pointer is over them. Obviously you need IE4 to see this. Links to pages and other sites are just plain blue underlined text.
