What is QRP/QRPp ?

The Q-Code QRP is generally used to indicate Amateur Radio operation using low/very low transmitter power.

There is no universally accepted definition of QRP/QRPp. The G-QRP Club defines it as not more than 5 Watt output on CW or 10 Watt PEP on SSB (at the transmitter output point). Look here for an Australian definition of Amateur Radio operation using low/very low transmitter power.
