Adam Arkin [The Doctor]

Adam seems to me as one of the most interesting (and attractive) co-stars to William Hurt.
Most of you will know him (like Mandy Patinkin and Christine Lahti) from Chicago Hope, the tv-series, where he plays the neuro-surgeon Aaron Shutt.

Adam was born on August 19th 1956 in New York as the son of Alan Arkin, the famos actor.
He knew that he want to become actor in the age of ten, when he visited his father on movie-sets.
He made acting to his profession and starred in many movies and tv-series.

Father and son played together in some movies.

Like in many films and series in the tv-movie Not in this Town Adam Arkin plays a jew.
Perhaps you know we's jewish in reality, too.
His grandparents came from Russia and Germany to America.
Seems that people don't think so, because the Arkin duo doesn't play those landsman very often, but they "are" italian in every second movie ;) !
