General meetings of the association are held quarterly, usually on the last Saturday of the months of March, June, September and December. The meetings are held at the school and commences at 16:30 hrs.

Biennial general meetings are held in January every other year with the main item on the agenda being the election of office bearers for the following two year term.

The next general meeting of the association will be held on Saturday April 18, 2009 from 16:30 hrs at the School.
