Yeah Rah Rah! College Sports! Let's face facts! College is the best four years of our lives. Your first chance to be away from home and make new friends! Even three years out I still keep in close touch with many of my former fellow Friars(being of course, from Providence, but see my friends page for that on the main site). Most importantly, however, it is important to enjoy college sports! When the game is on the line, we see our student-athletes become more . . . They become champions! I am an alumnus of Providence College. Providence College is best known for it's men's and women's hockey teams . . . . . . and for its cross country squad. Providence College finished the 2001-2002 school year ranked among the top 100 Division I-A Universities in the Sears College Poll and was ranked in the top 150 Division I Universities nationwide in Sports Illustrated.
