WET #39: Bullseye!

WET 39: Bullseye!

Except for the background and frame, this is made completely from the bovine skull out of the WET 39 original. I did no distortions or colorizing.

I used copying, layering, pasting, mirroring, flipping, rotating and blending at 100% multiplication. Then I merged layers and pasted it on the "woodgrained" background, drop shadowed softly, and then framed it.

It was strange to end up with a surprisingly geometric grid of lines from combining these very organic shapes! And if you look really closely at the image, you can see the bullseye that occurred because the images left a one-pixel gap when overlapped symmetrically.

Everything on this page was done in Paint Shop Pro 5, using only the original filters and functions supplied with the program.

This image was created using Paint Shop Pro 5, especially for the WET #39 project.
It is my original creation based on the original WET image obtained on-line
