The Oriental Side
of Mom's Tea Cozy
I wanted to make something special for my mom. She collects oriental figurines and statues, and is a big tea drinker. An oriental theme tea cozy seemed like the perfect idea.
The Ocean Side
of Mom's Tea Cozy
About half way through the oriental side of mom's cozy, I finished an ocean theme swap square. I was enthused and ready to start another ocean project. Since Mom loves the ocean, I decided to do the reverse side of her cozy in the ocean theme.
Mom's Eyeglasses Case
This is another present I made for my mom. She wears reading glasses, so I made this case to wear around her neck. We measured wrong and cut the cord too short, so I need to lengthen it. In the meantime it hangs on her mirror.
