WALDEMAR JABLONSKI - urodzony w Lodzi, a od 1989 roku mieszkajacy w Sieradzu - gitarzysta, piosenkarz, kompozytor i organizator. Postrzega zycie jako ciagly proces tworczy - zarowno w wymiarze artystycznym, jak i technicznym (jest absolwentem Wydzialu Budownictwa i Architektury Politechniki Lodzkiej - czlonek Towarzystwa Polsko-Szkockiego przy tejze uczelni i miedzynarodowej organizacji Servas). Kontynuuje rodzinne tradycje artystyczne. Autor Piosenek - piszacy muzyke do wybranych tekstow z klasyki literatury, a ostatnio glownie dla dzieci - wierszy, muzyki filmowej (film z jego muzyka do obrazu Edwarda Dwurnika pt. "Ogrodki dzialkowe" otrzymal na jednym z festiwali filmow krotkometrazowych w Krakowie (Srebrnego Lajkonika"), bajek dla dzieci, eseju dydaktycznego o gitarze, oraz cyklu krotkich kompozycji na gitare klasyczna (*.mp3, *.mid) i "Muzycznych Portretow". Jego program Muzyczne Portrety Miast wsparl Prezydent Miasta Sieradza. Artysta jest takze poczatkujacym pisarzem. Oprocz wlasnych kompozycji i piosenek prezentuje klasyke gitarowa i poezje spiewana (CD z koledami CD-Rom z utworami w systemie midi z cyklu "Atlas Swiata", Kasety z Muzycznymi Portretami oraz muzyka hiszpanska i muzyka J.S.Bacha). Jest laureatem wielu ogolnopolskich amatorskich festiwali i konkursow zarowno gitarowych, jaki i tych zwiazanych z piosenkarstwem i kompozycja. Jego "Pociag Tuwima" zostal juz trzykrotnie wpisany do polskiej edycji Ksiegi Rekordow Guinnessa. Na scenie wystepuje od 1983 roku.
WALDEMAR JABLONSKI - a guitarist, composer, singer and manager. He perceives life through the process of creation - both the artistic one and this allied to technical idea (graduate of Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture of Technical University of Lodz /Poland/. A member of Polish - Scottish society attached to Technical University of Lodz and of an international organization Servas). He continues artistic tradition of his family. The author of songs - especialy for children - poems, film music, fairy tales for children, didactic essay on quitar, as well as of a collection of short compositions for classical quitar (*.mp3, *.mid) and "music portraits". He is a starting writer, as well. Apart from his own compositions and songs, he presents classical guitar creations and sung poetry (CD with Polish Christmas carols, and CD-Rom with *.mid pieces. from "The atlas of the world", tapes with Music Portraits and Spain music and music of J.S.Bach). He is the prize-winner of many national contests. His "The Train of Tuwim" was described on the pages of Guinness Book of Records - Polish edition. He has been performing since 1983.

ARTISTIC CREDO
Music portrait is a way of vivid reality artistic transformation into sound and music; in other words it is the act of expressing comprehension of the real through the music. Since the way of reflecting the outside world through music has come into being, the composer is able to start his co-operation with creators of other works of art. Such a way becomes - as it were - a universal transpositioon of fine arts into the language of music, and - as a result - it enables to define the base and the idea of transformation of visible image itself into the music.
The starting point of the reasoning is existence of two key and initial factors limiting those two realms of art, namely silence for music and darkness for fine arts, or photography. Both these notions - silence and darkness - seem to create a void, an empty space, which may be appropriately filled with sound and image. As a consequence of the juxtaposition, without changing their natural existence, both in darkness of an object and in silence of musical rest two essential themes emerge - rooted in their sphere of non-existence and let's say in the earliest beginnings, through which they make an immanent whole apt for a music portraitist himself to identify with.
Rest as an element of musical composition structure juxtaposed with black or with a black object in a work of fine arts evokes consecutive associations of sound as a means of filling in silence (rest) as well as of light emerging in the darkness. Further comparisons seem dispensable, as they would remind rather incomprehensible projections of a digital computer code, and not constitute a work of art free from useless limitations , though parallel similies of sound substance compared to i.e. a light spectre might be drawn consistently.
Music and sound of a work of fine arts coexist in a music portrait to some extent in one sphere of comprehending the phenomenon of an art-piece apparition in an entirely unlimited space of universal void teeming with ideas, taste and good form according to the artist's discretion.

Program "Spiewajmy dzieciom" zacheca doroslych do jak najwczesniejszego wprowadzania dzieci w swiat muzyki. W jednym z trzech obecnie prezentowanych, przez pomysłodawcę recitali dla dzieci jest program tuwimowski. Obejmuje on piosenki do takich wierszy jak: Lokomotywa, Rzepka, Ptasie Radio, Slon Trabalski, Okulary, Abecadlo, Spozniony slowik, Dwa Michaly, Figielek, Ptasie plotki, czy Pan Tralalinski. Koncert nosi tytuł: "Spiewajmy Tuwima". Pozostałe programy oparte są na wierszach Jana Brzechwy oraz trzeci na motywach bajek Aleksandra Fredry oraz wierszach Ludwika Jerzego Kerna. Ponizej zamieszczono dla celow demonstracyjnych, fragmenty wielu różnych piosenek nagranych w studiu S-1 Radia Lodz S.A. Nie są to jednak wszystkie utwory, ktore wykonawca prezentuje na scenie. Szczegółową prezentację form występów zawiera oferta koncertowa.

What is a music portrait?
How does the author formulate a music portrait?
"The realm of a music portrait spreads over the whole human activity. It is related both to human appearance, as far as a portrait in its traditional sense is concerned, and to the human heart of hearts. Briefly defining a music portrait, we state it is a form of art reflecting human character in a musical composition".
To an average listener, a portrait composition may not greatly differ from other pieces of music. In Jablonski's version, it is stylistically varied classical guitar music - just as the contents of human personality may vary while being interpreted during a transitory, photographic glimpse at the portrayed individual.
The way an author perceives another human being and creates a music portrait is associated with the composer's sensitivity. Numerous means of artistic expression are needed in this process; and you can recognize them in Waldemar Jablonski's art. The author defends his creation by a concise transmission of the accepted rules of music portrait structure, where aspiration for beauty encounters a structure logically based on theory of music.

Transition from social game through music fancies towards authentic composer's work is a complex creative process which, undoubtedly, few can find in their heart.
The realm of music portrait, though protected by the copyright, is not an invariable, closed form. The author is willing to initiate the attracted, music-practising people into the music world of his own creative experiences. He will listen to critical remarks concerning himself and his music with interest. He is open to fresh ideas on the final effect of graphic and phonographic presentation of portraits.
