Christopher Marshall

Christopher Samuel Marshall, an intelligent young man, chose to enter Oxford University after spending four years at a boarding school in Scotland. He enjoyed living in Liberty Creek as a boy, and always planned to move back there and marry when he was finished with school. Christopher has dark, wavy blond hair; dark eyes; a firm jaw; and a brooding appearance. He is tall, though not as muscular as he was before he left for school. He enjoys hard work, but also has a strong business mind and wants to work with his father. In summer 1875, he was entrusted to escort Lydia Elliot to visit her brother, Philip. Instead, he married her on the ship. They'd been planning it for some time. In Liberty Creek, the two moved in with Philip and Libbie. Nine months after Christopher and Lydia married, Lydia gave birth to a baby girl, who they named Olivia (Livie, for short).
