And let's start!
1. In the beginning, when the Fox 20th Century Logo is up, as it fades, the "X" in "Fox" stays lit longer than the rest of the logo.
2. Rogue, who's name has been unreveiled throughout all of the X-men comic history (from when she first joined through present), reveils her name in the movie as Marie. (writers choice, IMO).
3. There is extra footage that was taken out a few weeks before the movie was released.
This includes a conversation between Cyclops and the Professor about Wolverine. Also more of Jean Grey and backgrounds of both Cyclops and Storm. (And a few other scenes.)
4. Supposedly, Rogue's bed in her room is shaped like an "X".
