PADI Scuba Experiences for Kids

SASY
It's time to snorkel - a new and exciting way!  Supplied Air Snorkelling for Youth (SASY) lets you experience the underwater world the easy way - by snorkelling with scuba equipment instead of a snorkel.  Once you try SASY, and complete the program, send in for your own SASY participant card and wall certificate.  The full-colour, wallet-size card comes with your picture, name and address.  The wall certificate announces you as "SAS Savvy!"

Bubblemaker
Kids - bring the parents diving!  For young adventurers like you, the Bubblemaker program is an introduction to the thrill of breathing underwater.  If you're eight or nine years of age, now is your chance to take the plunge with one of our Instructors and go pool diving.

Whether it's a glass of milk, bubble gum or submerged beneath the surface - you can't help blowing bubbles!  So try blowing bubbles our way.  Start out on the right fin, jump into the PADI Bubblemaker program today!

Seal Team
The 'PADI Seal Team' has been especially developed for children. Any child of 8 years and over may participate. The whole program is conducted in a swimming pool.

Although only in a swimming pool, children learn the true aspects of scuba diving. The skills learned in the sessions can be counted towards the full PADI Open Water Diver course should they continue on to it when old enough.

The course is structured into a series of sessions called 'Aqua Missions'. Each 'Aqua Mission' teaches new skills. Whilst the emphasis is on fun, there is still some serious learning to be done.

Once a child has completed the 5 core 'Aqua Missions' they become a member of the PADI Seal Team and are given a wall certificate and certification card to show to their family and friends. They also have their own personal logbooks where they can write their experiences along with puzzles and other games.

Once they enrol on the program, they will receive their crew pack which contains their logbook and video which they read before each 'Aqua Mission'. The whole course is based around 5 cartoon characters which help the children learn the knowledge required.

Once they become a 'PADI Seal', the adventure doesn't stop there. They can then complete another 15 special 'Aqua Missions' and become a 'PADI Master Seal'. These special 'Aqua Missions' include photography, night diving and wreck diving, all done in the safety of a swimming pool.

This is a great fun course which all children will enjoy.

After your 10th birthday, you'll be ready to begin your PADI Junior Scuba Diver, PADI Junior Open Water Diver certification and the wide variety of PADI Certifications that will help you safely explore the underwater world.
