The job Jerry had with WalMart was temporary for the Christmas season, and the day before we left, he found out that they weren't keeping any of the temp staff, so we decided to stay three days in Florida then. | |
The night we arrived there was a family party at Jerry's dad's house, and we got a chance to meet his dad and his wife, his sisters and their children and we had a really nice time even if it was late when we arrived. | |
On the drive down I had started out driving, because Jerry had been awake the whole night before. I commented on how the tree's looked like they were painted and not really real. Thats when Jerry sat up and told me to drive extra carefull, because ice had frozen the whole scenery. | |
We made it there safely but had to drive with extra caution, and after the party we went over to a motel his dad had reserved a suite for the three of us in. We were all exhausted by this time and slept really sound that night. | |
