Collections of poems i wrote last year '97. Most are written with my bf in thought.hehe. But of course there is the expectional. I wrote this one sleepless night. A week before I was supposed to leave Perth for home. Feel so terrible with the thought of leaving him soon then this lines just came to me. Well, in the end I stayed for countless postphoned weeks. The power of love. Hahaha.

Separation

Everywhere I go
I see your face
Everywhere I turn
I see your smile
The days when you are close by
you make me such a happy girl
with your silly jokes
and your goofy faces
All the joys of the world
I had it when I'm with you

Your kisses so sweet you fill me up
Your touch so divine
you melt my heart
Your hugs so comforting
you warm me within
Your love so assuring
you make me feel complete

A part of me is lost
without you by my side
Like a butterfly without wings
it can't take flight and fly
praying everyday the day I long for
when we'll join together
in the heart once more

Softly I whispered "I Love You" everynite
before I sleep and hope the wind will
carry this message
across the seas
contently I'll slip into slumberland
knowning in my heart
the message is already in you
You touch my heart with your love so true

This one written 13/10. Another sleepless night. Suddenly have this urge to write something that conveys my feelings of the morning. Though sometimes I'd wake up only in the early afternoon. Hiak Hiak...

Good Morning

Still in bed
My eyes closed
Silence surrounds me
though not quite
Outside... giggles, chatters, trees rustle
sun shinning, warm air rising, shuffling of feet
Total slience every this hour

Waitin... Ears sit up pulse increase
In a distance
your footsteps,
the fumbling of your keys,
send my heart fluttering

The door open
and you walked in
my eyes, are still closed
Eagerly waitin
my heart beckoning you to
come over to
hold me to
gently wake me up from my sleep
with a kiss of Good Morning

She's got pimples all over her face
She talks like an old lady
Feaces are all over her stinky mouth
She coughs out idiotry everytime she speaks
