![]() ![]() I attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County and majored in history. I received my B.A. on May 26, 1998. I plan on getting my American Sign Language certificate while working full time. Once I get my certification, I plan on interpretering as a hobby. I work for Trident Data Systems in Oakton, Virginia as a Helpdesk Technician. I love to read books and magazines. My favorite authors are Diana Gabaldon and Virgina Henley. I enjoy country music, Days of Our Lives, Friends, X-Files, and Mad About You. I am a cat lover and own two cats, Coco and Gabby. ![]() Gary is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). He also works for Trident Data Systems, as a Systems Administrator. He was the one that helped me get a job with the company. Gary likes being outside. He likes downhill skiing, bike riding, golf, and driving his truck (it's a 1997 Ford F-150). He can't get enough hot wings or chips and salsa. He likes all kinds of music, including country, classic rock, heavy metal, easy listening, and jazz. ![]() We went to Jennings Cafe for dinner. Afterwards, he let me drive his less-than-a-week-old sports car! I took it through the backroads of a nearby town. The roads have plenty of hills, turns, and quick stops! When I finished having my fun, we decided to go to a local state park that has a playground. The park closed at dusk and it was beyond that by the time we got there! We climbed through the gate and played on the equipment. When we finally got to the top of the slide, Gary kissed me! After that night, we saw each other as often as possible. Most of the time we went out for dinner then back to my house for some late night TV watching. Nothing like a romantic episode of Law & Order on A&E to end the night! It was a year later to the day when Gary proposed. The only difference between our first date and this date was he drove the car, because I would have found the ring. He proposed at the top of the slide. We went home and called our parents! Gary delighted in telling everyone that he "made Jen cry!" We tried to call Gary's parents, but they weren't home. We called his sister instead. Gary told his oldest niece, LeAnn, and she could only say, "You mean we are going to have a REAL Aunt Jen?" It makes me wonder what I was before, fake? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |Home|--|About Us|--|Ceremony|--|Reception|--|Formals|--|Credits|--|House| |
