Highlights of Vice President of Membership Duties Vice President Membership: Prepared by Linda Love 1. Is responsible for keeping a healthy Club membership of at least 20 active members by adding at least one new member a month. This is done by:
2. Assists new members in filling out New Member Application forms and determining the dues owed (with the help of the Treasurer). 3. Works to encourage membership satisfaction. 4. Helps prepare the Semiannual Membership Report. 5. Chairs the Membership Committee. 6. Formally invites prospective new members to join (after approval by the Membership committee) subject to majority approval by a vote of club members during a meeting. 7. Introduces prospective new members to the club for a vote on their membership. Conducts formal induction when Club approves membership. 8. Participates in Executive Committee meetings. 9.
