Memorable Year Ahead for SCA Members
by Worth Bugg The Student Cooperation Association, or the SCA, consists of students from the seventh and eighth grade. Some of the SCA members have been board members for one year already, but there are some who have just been recently elected. I interviewed first-year member Brawner A., second-year member and the current Secretary of the SCA, Meg Ruehling, and first-year member Jay D. I asked each of them what they thought of the new staff and what they thought of the coming year. Jay D. said, ÒIt is a great SCA staff, with intelligent 8th graders, and the 7th graders who will soon learn.Ó SCA Secretary Meg R. had this to say, ÒI think it is going to be one of the best SCA staffs ever.Ó Brawner A. had this to say, ÒThis year I am new to the SCA, but the other SCA members have helped me to be more comfortable with SCA procedures.Ó This year is going to be a great year for the SCA and the rest of the students. |
