Well, where do I start? First off, my name is Lisa, I am a teenage girl who dabbles in web design, occassionally working on her webpage as the mood strikes her. As you can tell by the simple simple layout of this page it is my first homepage and i have really been working hard on it, thanks to the encouragement of my friend Matt (he signed my guestbook, so i decided to plug him, it could happen to you too if you only signed my guestbook, not a bad deal..)
I live in a small town filled w/ rednecks and jerks. But if you look hard enough there are a few gems around. In my spare time I spend exorbitant amounts of time on the internet, either chatting w/ my boyfriend or others, or just looking around, usually on stuff about Tori Amos. She is by far my favorite singer, I just love her to death. I spend a lot of time talking or visiting the few gems we have here in town.
I spend as much time as possible w/ my wonderful boyfriend. No, don't get me wrong, he doesn't have control over my life or anything like that, but you see, as of now, he lives 2 hours away. Luckily for me, his best friend lives 20 minutes away. He spends the nite there and comes and visits me, sometimes dragging his Ricky Martin look alike friend along. We're supposed to get a caravan together to go visit him. 4 hours in the car w/ Ricky could prove interesting. But it will be worth it to go see Scott. He's so good to me, I can't even begin to explain it. The other nite, he spent an hour just watching me sleep. *sigh* Hopefully, he will be moving up here for college shortly, and I can see him as much as possible. Hopefully.
When not w/other people, I like to draw sometimes. I have Brain Froud's Good faeries Bad Faeires book. it's amazing. I recommend it to anyone. I love the pictures in there. I like to try and draw them mostly. I dabble in mythology, palm reading, tarot, psychic ability and aura reading. Ok, I stink really bad at the last one, and sorta bad at the others. But i like to try.
On occassion, I have been known to write a story or poem. Currently, I am working on a romance novel w/ a male friend of mine. The interesting part is that Im writing the male's part. Ha! I expect no less than New York Best Seller's list. The problem is just starting it.
My big interest is photography. It's going to be my major in college. I love taking pictures of people. It's just hard to get people to sit still sometimes. THe thing is, that my boyfriend has only let me take his picture once, and I think at that point he was taken over by aliens or something, that's not like him.
I know there is more, but I don't want to think too hard here, so I leave you now.
