Let me introduce myself, my name is~Linda~. I am 43 years of age and single mom to three wonderful children.. ~Sandy~~Travis~~Amber~ *most of the time they are wonderful*.I came to the net about ten years ago. Over the last few years there has been some big changes made in my life. I have moved out on my own and have had many hard times over this time frame, but have done my best to pull through. I have reached a point where things are pretty stable for me now as far as living arrangements as I have purchased my own home. It may not be a mansion but it is HOME SWEET HOME *s*. It is a trailer on it's own lot so there is plenty of yard work to do in the summer, which is good as it keeps me busy and out of trouble. *L*.. Not that I have been getting into trouble but you know... Anyway it is home for me and the children that is what matters. *L*.. well home for my dog and bird as well!.. and I just recently went and got myself married *s*.
I live in a small town in Alberta, Canada and have for all of my life. The town is located on the edge of a very nice lake and is surrounded by plenty of bush*s*. Is a bit isolated in some ways. It has been my home for most of my life and one day I am thinking I would like to move, but for the moment will stay put.
I work for a marketer for a bulk fuel station full time and have so for four years now. In the last year there has been many changes there. I work a great deal at my full time job and really don't have much spare time. I also fix computers on the side in the evenings and weekends so it can get busy *s* Mind you with as busy as it has been with my full time job I have not had much time to work on computers. However, the 12 to 15 hour days should come to a slow down here soon. Then I can start my work on the side once again *s*
I enjoy many things, chatting to all my friends online, making wines and beer, going out berry picking *it is peaceful* nature walks, watching the sun setting over the lake and most of all a fantastic thunder and lightening storms. It is a good thing we have many of them here in this area *s*
I also enjoy working in my garden and ~Flower Beds~, they are my pride and joy.I expanded my garden this year and put a fence around it so my dog Bandit can't eat the tomatoes and carrrots. I tend to collect many stray animals who end up thinking they have come home *s* Still have many of them...*boy*.
Oh and of course picking on my friend both on and off line. Neongirl74 has been my online trouble making partner for about a year now. She is my co-worker and friend. She is also the one that I go out on the town with. She keeps me out of trouble *s*. I do enjoy learning new things. I am constantly learning about the techie stuff and am trying to become certified, but that is going very slowly as I seem to work way to much sometimes for my own good.

I have often though as well that there should be more ~Love~expressed in this time that seems so filled with violence. Many people look at love in many diferent ways and this is one that I felt expressed what love could be *s* I have learnt some things about love here on the net.. that I often wished I had not. I also found that you should take much care in giving out your heart to the wrong person. A lesson I have learnt over time and one that will stay with me for a life time. And for this I have dedicated a page to someone that entered my life and will always be a part of it Aqualung, a special friend.
There are a few things that do rub me the wrong way and those are someone using the word puter *s* a big pet peeve of mine. I also catch myself using it *L*. The other is shoveling a few feet of snow in -30 or lower weather so I can get my car out..
I tend to call everyone sunshine all of the time... a habit I am trying to break. *L*.. have that under control now .. I think.. *L*
Oh and for those that come and notice that the grammar and spelling are way out to lunch... just stop and fix it okay...
