The third Club Seattle channel party was on 16 May 1998. It was at a place called Zenith Hall, which was privately rented. O-D-I-E and his band provided the music. MissWings worked hard to organize the event. She also took lots of pictures (sixteen), which are already available here. I (SteveS) didn't make it to the party, and hope no one was too disappointed.

The Invitation Situtation
Explanations and Apologies

At the time the party was being organized, there were some problems with trouble-makers in the channel. So, the word about the party was sent out by invitation only. If you weren't included on the invitation list, there are three possible reasons:
      We screwed up and missed you,
      You weren't around in the channel much then, or
      We didn't want you there (least likely).
Since we make lots of mistakes, the first possibility is most likely. If so, we're sorry about that. No apologies to those few trouble-makers who weren't invited.

All parties other than this one, before or since, were open to everyone. If you didn't hear about one of the other parties, it was definitely because we just failed to get the word out to everyone. We don't want to be a stuck-up exclusive bunch.
