Strange Philosophy |

There is me And there is me in the world And the world is in me Yet I am of the world. There is my joy And there is the world's despair And there is my joy in the world Yet I despair in the world. There is now And then there is tomorrow And now will be there tomorrow Yet tomorrow is today. There is life And there is death And there is death in all life Yet there is life in death. It seems so clear And it is so confusing And then it's clear again Yet I don't know it's source. |
| Footnote: I need to give a little history here... This piece came at a time of extreme ambivalent feelings about myself and the world at large. It has gone through many changes (even as I transfer it from paper I have changed it yet again...) this one I think is deep... |
