Reservations

Cost per room is $84 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Thursday is more, but I dont' know what the cost is.
I have reserved 5 rooms on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday nights, and 20 rooms on Saturday night.
To make reservations, call 1-800-533-3301 or 703-734-2800. Tell them you're with the Bailey Johnson Wedding.
Reservations must be made by April 6, 2001 or the rooms will be made publically available and you will lose the discounted room rate.

Directions

From Washington Dulles Airport (12 miles):
Fromthe airport, follow the Dulles Access Road. Exit Leesburg Pike/Tysons Corner (Route 7 East). Turn left at third traffic light onto Westpark Drive and into the hotel.

From Regan National Airport (19 miles):
Proceed from the airport onto George Washignton Memorial Parkway, exit towards Washington, D.C. Remain on the Parkway parallel to the Potomac River and travel the road until it ends, exiting onto I-495 (Virginia). Proceed on I-495 Exit 47, Leesburg Pike/Tysons Corner (Route 7 West). Turn right onto Westpark Drive and into the hotel.

From I-495 (the Capital Beltway):
Exit 47, Leesburg Pike/Tysons Corner (Route 7 West). At sixth traffic light, turn right onto Westpark Drive and into the hotel.

From I-66 - Traveling Westbound (12 Miles from Washington DC):
Exit at Leesburg Pike/Tysons Corner (Route 7 West) and follow for three miles. Turn right at traffic light onto Westpark Drive and into the hotel.

From I-66 - Traveling Eastbound:
Exit 18B onto I-495 North(Baltimore, MD). Follow I-495 to exit 47, Leesburg Pike/Tysons Corner (Route 7 West). Turn right onto Westpark Drive and into the Hotel.

From I-95 - Traveling Southbound (from Baltimore, MD)
Onto I-495 West, to Tysons Corner, (I-495 also called Capital Beltway). Continue into Virginia to exit 47, Leesburg Pike/Tysons Corner (Route 7 West). At sixth traffic light, turn right onto Westpark Drive and into the hotel.

From I-95 - Travelign Northbound (from Richmond, VA)
Exit onto I-495, also called Capital Beltway, (toward Tysons Corner). Continue into Virginia to Exit 47, Leesburg Pike/Tysons Corner (Route 7 West). At sixth traffic light, turn right onto Westpark Drive.

2-15-00 We have found the place! We went there a couple of weeks ago and both chris and I both loved their Tysons ballroom, so that it is! I'm still waiting to get the paperwork and contracts from them, but as soon as I do, we've got the place for sure! Wahoo! isn't this wonderful? I really wanted to have the reception in a hotel, because we are having a lot of out of town guests and I'm so glad it's worked out. As far as I know, the discount room rate will be $84 per night, and the hotel is equidistant from both Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Ronald Regan National Airport (DCA). If anyone thinks this is still too expensive, please let me know and I'll look around for less expensive rooms.
