Sesame Street School Bus

A new bus driver was hired to drive a school bus on the Sesame Street run. He was told that the passengers he would be picking up were of the "special" variety. On his first day, route in hand, he stopped at the first corner indicated on his map. There stood a large girl. She hopped on the bus, saying, "Hi! You're the new driver. My name is Patty!"

Further on into the run, the driver stopped and an even more enormous girl got on the bus. She said, "Hi, new driver! My name is Patty." Well, the driver wondered, but drove on.

At the next stop was a really physically challenged lad, who got on the bus with difficulty, balancing on his metal crutches. "Hi!" he said. "I'm Ross. I'm special!"

At the next stop there was a normal looking boy waiting. As he got on the bus he smiled and said, "My name's Lester T." Then he took the seat right across from the driver.

As the bus proceeded, Lester untied his sneaker and took it off, starting to scratch and pick at the bunions on his foot. A horrible odor penetrated the bus, causing the driver's eyes to tear. Since he couldn't see where he was going, he swerved and hit a pole. The bus came to an abrupt stop.

When the police arrived, Officer McDonald asked the bus driver what had happened. The driver exclaimed, "What happened? I'll tell you what happened! Two obese Pattys, Special Ross! Lester T's pickin' bunions on the Sesame Street run!"

A disbelieving Officer McDonald replied, "What a whopper!"
