When I look at this photo, I can't help but see Katie there, as well.  The little blonde had more in common with Katie than her hair, and features;  Annie's brother Hans was 10 years older than her, just as Steve is 10 years older than Kat.  Annie said that Hans was a good big brother, but she enjoyed teasing him, and getting teased, in the same way that Steve and Kat love each other, and love to torment each other.
