An Italian Ariete Main Battle Tank
In the Build-and-move phase of each turn cycle, each player not only can move troops and conduct combat, they also spend cash points, conduct trade, and balance their resources. Orders are typically due on a Friday night before midnight Illinois time. Late orders will usually be accepted until late on Saturday, but do not abuse this privilege. Failure to turn in any orders for three turn phases in a row will result in automatic expulsion from the game. Orders should be sent via email to all three moderators. While the General Moderator handles construction orders, the Technical Moderator handles movement and combat, and the Archival Moderator Handles record-keeping, but the Moderators may temporarily divide up the work otherwise, and will want to have all information available regardless.
To send in your orders, cut-and-paste the form below into an email, and then insert the appropriate data into the fields indicated. If you need more lines, simply add them, and feel free to delete any lines you do not need. Add any appropriate comments or special instructions you feel are needed.

ARGENTINA SIGNS ALLIANCE WITH U.S., HOLDS NAVAL EXERCISES WITH PACIFIC FLEET
PANAMA CITY, PANAMA (PNA) -- Argentine Presidente Lothar Sanchez-Speer announced today that he has just concluded negotiations for an alliance with the United States, and that the Argentine Navy would hold joint training exercises with the U.S. Pacific fleet near Panama. The two nations pledged to come to each others' defense in case of attack by the Associated States, and the U.S. pledged to aid Argentina in the modernization of their military. Also as part of the agreement, Argentina and the U.S. agreed to lower tariff barriers and increase trade between the two nations. Presidente Sanchez-Speer stated that "This is the dawning of a new age for the great Popular Republic of Argentina, we will finally enter the modern age and take our place among the great nations of the world." American President Carney released a statement that said he was pleased with the agreement, and that he hoped this newfound sense of security would enable Argentina to carry out much-needed democratic reforms.
