Movement-Only Orders

In the movement-only phase of each turn cycle, orders are much simpler since there is no need to spend money or balance resources. As in the Build-and-Move phase, all mobile military units may be moved around and sent into combat. The location of ALL of your military units must be specified in each set of orders. Here is the template for you to cut-and-paste into your emails

ARGENTINA BREAKS OFF NEGOTIATIONS WITH BRAZIL

BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA (PNA) -- The peace negotiations in Montevideo between Argentina and Brazil have broken off, with both sides refusing to back down on key demands. Argentina accused Brazil of espionage, and Brazil accused Argentina of massing troops on the border. Argentine Presidente Sanchez-Speer expressed regret at the failure of negotiations, but invited the Brazilians to a new round of talks next month in Managua. There has been no reply yet from the Brazilian government on whether they would accept the invitation.
