Description: What's left of the USA has many problems, but is still powerful. A left-leaning Democracy, this nation is saddled with the entire National Debt of the old USA, but with half the economy and few resources. The Second Great Depression hurt the USA badly, and parts of the country were ravaged by the Second Civil War. However, they have a good portion of the old US Military still loyal to them, and they are still a world power.
