CCS or Cardcaptor Sakura, was created in 1996 by four young women who called themselves, CLAMP. After release, Cardcaptor Sakura became a huge hit ! With 70 episodes and 2 movies, Cardcaptor Sakura is surely a great anime.

The Storyline...

Sakura Kinomoto was a very normal 10 year old girl, she got good grades in school, she was on a cheerleading team and she had a father and brother. But that all changed one day when she came home from cheerleading practise to find her brother and father not home yet. She heard a strange noise coming from the basement. She slowly went down into her basement where her fathers library was to find there was no one there,but herself. Suddenly a book on one of her fathers shelves started glowing, she went over to it. Opening it, she released 51 clow cards which unknown to her would be her long awaited destiny.
