Who Am I ?

My name is Stephen Strait and I'm 16 years old. I'm a junior at Bassett High School in Henry County Virginia. I work a part time job at a local grocery store to make money so I can afford gas to drive and my for my car insurance. School is supposed to be the most important thing in my life right now although it's really not.

Hobbies and Interests

This is my truck. I spend most of my free time trying to keep it running. Right now I'm in the process of restoring it to its original condition. Graphic Design

Graphic Design or graphics, which ever you prefer, is my first block class at school. It's an interesting class. We work on computer animated art and we learn to edit movies with the editing board. We also learn to navigate the internet. That is the reason for this web page. Using this class to learn skills about computers, about the internet, and about making my own web page will help me later in my life when I pick a career field. What I do for fun.

When I have a weekend off from work I like to spend time with all of my friends that I never get to see during the week. We try to plan something different every weekend to keep life from getting to routine. Sometimes we go shoot pool, sometimes we go to the movies, and sometimes we go to Greensboro or Roanoke to hang out and cruise through town. Josh has a band and I help them move their equipment when they have a show and sometimes I hang out with them when they practice. Nothing is ever boring with that band. They play somewhere different about every other weekend. Sometimes when I get a day off, all I wont to do is sleep! It's hard to do everything and sometimes I'm just tired.
