Fri - met up with the Sunchang Crowd. Suran and Yoon Kyong took me to a famous street called ? Another example of the different thinking between the Orient and the West : it's a big tourist spot for Koreans , no big deal to me. then we all went to Mukuls for dinner Sat hill We went up a hill near the apartment , I had hoped the fresh area would help my cold, but actually I think the air was very polluted so it made my cold much worse. I had to spend the rest of the day resting.

Tue - train to Chuncheon . Soraksan is one of the most po ular National Parks in Korea and it's also very popular for Koreans to visit to see the Autumn colours ; so I had planned to visit and Suranee said it would be a good idea to go with some of her hometown (Chuncheon) friends so they could show me. So we took the train to visit Chuncheon
