Leagues: |
St
Louis Bowhunters holds two-types of leagues; 300
Round & Bowhunter Round.
We use a handicap for our indoor leagues that
creates a competitive challenge for everyone.
Our 300 Round leagues begin
in October and are 8 - 10 weeks long each.
Participants are usually assigned to a team. At the
end of each league a trophy or prize is given to the
top team(s). This leagues is held on Monday evenings
beginning at 7 PM. How
do you score the 300 Round? Click here.
The Bowhunter Round
usually has a Warm-up league in September - usually
5 weeks long. This league does not offer a handicap
or awards at the end. It is intended for hunters to
practice for the upcoming season and sight their bow
in for a distance up to 20 yards.
The handicap-Bowhunter leagues
begin in October and are 8 - 10 weeks long
each. They usually assign participants to teams. At
the end of each league a trophy or prize is given to
the top team(s). We have two-nights to choose from
for this type of league. Wednesday or Thursday
beginning at 7 PM. How
do you score the Bowhunter Round? Click here.

Fees: |
MEMBERS
$7.00 nightly |
NON-MEMBERS
$10.00 nightly |
Our
club is supported by the money brought in by events
such as our leagues. If you have signed-up for a
league, we do our part by maintaining a range
for these events to be held and by holding an
opening for your participation. We hope you do your
part by submitting your fee(s) if you are unable to
attend an evening. "Events of the future"
will be made possible by your support. |
Practice shooting is
allowed for league nights
First, there must be
an open lane available and given out on the first come first
serve basis. We cannot guarantee an opening for practice
shooting on league nights.
Second, you must
practice the same style of shooting for the league that
evening by shooting the same distance(s) as well.
If you would like to practice
a Bowhunter Round or 300 Round without joining the league,
this might be your chance. Practice shooting fees listed
above will apply.
