From the Architectural Control Committee (ACC):
Be a good neighbor and:
1.) Pick up newspapers on a daily basis
2.) Remove weeds along curbside and street.
3.) Maintain flowerbeds.
4.) Mow the grass on a regular basis. Lawns longer than 5 inches are unacceptable.
5.) Paint your homes.
6.) Submit a Property Modification Form to the ACC before working on the exterior of your home. This can be downloaded from the web site. This will assure compliance with all neighborhood covenants and could prevent costly rework expenses down the road. Compliance will ensure our investments maintain fair market value.
