1. We wish to remind our customers that Force-Buying and Front Loading is an offence under the Malaysia Direct Selling Act 1993.

2. There should not be a compulsory purchase before any prospective distributor is allowed to participate in this business.

3. Annual Membership Fee is also illegal under The Direct Selling Act 1993.Direct Selling Componies are only allowed to collect a one-time Lifetime Membership Fee at the point of joining.There are also no multiple membership fees for a single individual or entity.An individual or any single entity should only pays for membership fees once.

4.However, monthly maintenance is allowable under The Direct Selling Act 1993 an is widely practiced in all direct selling componies.

5.Direct Selling Componies are also allowed to collect any subscription fees for company news letter but distributors should be given the choice / option to subscribe or otherwise.

6.Anyone of age above 18 years old are eligible to apply to become A TIT Distributor.The company will process the aplication and upon approval, the new distributor is requiedto pay a Lifetime Member ship Fee of RM38-00. A Stater Kit is given which consists of A Folder, Company Profile, Marketing Plan, Product List, Price List, Brochures and Catalogues along with other things.

7.I must follow all the Rules and Regulation in the Sales Partner Agreementand The Company Policy which will change from time to time.

8.The company reserved the right to terminate my agreement should I am found to have violated The Sales Partner Agreemnet or The Company Rules and Regulations.

9.I will be responsible for all Goverment Taxes whenever applicable. All agreement made shall be governed by The Laws in Malaysia or Individual State or Local Laws unless otherwise stated.

Agent Registration (One-time) :       RM 38.00

Discount Card (1 Year)           :      RM 230.00 (for 013,016,and 019)
                                                           RM 299.00 (for 012,017)

Syarat-syarat Tambahan Untuk Pendaftaran Melalui Laman Web ini.

1. Saya dengan ini mengaku bahawa saya belum mendaftar dengan Thoroughbred IT Marketing & Services Sdn Bhd.

2. Saya dengan ini juga mengesahkan dan mengakui bahawasanya segala maklumat yang akan diberikan adalah benar.

3. Permohonan elektronik ini tidak perlu saya tandatangani dan proses seterusnya akan diserahkan kepada Suhaila Ismail

4. Saya akan membuat bayaran secukupnya kepada Thoroughbred IT Marketing & Services Sdn Bhd melalui SUHAILA ISMAIL  dalam tempoh tiga (3) hari bekerja selepas membuat permohonan ini.
