HEALING WITH NATURAL THERAPIES

What is Natural therapy?

NATURE is the biggest gift from God for all of us. Living in a modern lifestyle and in an artificial environment, we are slowly moving away from nature. And this is the largest factor for our inner imbalance and poor health. As we are all born with a natural healing ability, all healing comes from within the body itself. This makes a wonderful drugless process of healing.

Natural therapies are a very ancient technique, which have been practiced by Indian, Roman, Greek and other ancient civilizations. But only now are these therapies being recognised all over the world.

What is it used for?

According to the basic concepts of natural therapies, the accumulation of toxins in the body is the only cause of real disease.i.e toxemia. When the body attempts to discard the toxins, various symptoms occur. While modern medicine gives symptomatic relief with potential side effects later, natural therapy addresses the root cause of the disease. When the toxins are removed from our system, the mind and body heal themselves.

It is very useful in the treatment of Asthma, Migraines and headaches, Allergies, Skin disorder, Food intolerance, Rheumatism, Constipation, Back problems, sinus problem etc.

Some important natural therapies practised at the centre are fasting, massage, exercise, yogasanas, pranayama, meditation, foot reflexology and accupressure.
