By now I'm sure that everyone has heard of Alanis Unplugged, a really awesome album that features Alanis's MTV Unplugged performance. If you don't have it already, pick up a copy at your local record store or at CDNow.com. I'm not sure if they're still doing this, but when I bought the album(on advanced order!) they e-mailed you instructions to download "Thank You" which Alanis performed during MTV Unplugged but wasn't featured on the album. Anyways, you should check that out if you don't already own the album. Oh yeah, I did this a week or two ago, but forgot to mention it on the main page, but you can check out sound clips(both in wav format and RealAudio format) for Alanis Unplugged in the Multimedia and RealAudio sections in case you want to test drive the album before you buy. Anyways, I hope that everyone had a wonderful New Year's Eve. I spent mine in Vegas and in no way was it all that it was hyped up to be(at least in my opinion), but I had fun, and um, I didn't die. A few escalators stopped working but that was probably the full extent of the effects of the Y2K bug(no, the slot machines didn't start throwing money or anything). But, hopefully yours went well & smoothly, whatever you did, and hopefully, the new year will be kind to us all.
