If you have never heard Styx, as I'm sure some of you haven't (poor things),
  you have truly missed out. They are the epitome of rock music. Not head-banging 
  rock music, not "alternative" rock music, not "new wave". No, just good old
  fashioned, down-to-earth, make ya' wanna stand up and sing, ROCK MUSIC!
  They are not "bubble gum" music that takes absolutely no brains to listen to.
  No, they are deep, rich and pure......musically, lyrically, and spiritually. If you don't
  believe me, listen to "Suite Madame Blue". If you can listen hard enough, delve
  deep enough, you will hear what the song is about. It's not about a woman
  growing older. 

            I could go on and on and on......forever......about Styx, and I would 
  not be finished with all my praises. And so now I will simply say that Styx is my
  band. They are "it" for me. No other music, no other band of men, will ever,
  ever, touch my life the way they have. They are truly, "The Lords of the Ring".

           And can you believe, that after loving them for 17 years, I just last
  summer got to see them in concert? Yep, it's true..........

This year, on the Grand Illusion tour, Steph and I were lucky enough to get FRONT ROW SEATS for the last performance in Seattle. It was THE most wonderful concert I have ever been to and thanks to Steph, we have some GREAT photos of our evening!!
