Snooping Around


“Urgh! I’m first in the shower!!” Cassidy called as they entered the girl’s apartment.
“I swear Cassidy…if you’re in there for more than five minutes I’ll kick your ass!” Becca flopped down on the couch and turned on the TV.
“Yeah, yeah…” Cassidy called from the bathroom. Just then a crash came from down the hallway.
“Owww!!” Emma’s voice came soon after the crash. Becca got up and ran to the hallway.
“Omigosh, Em, are you ok??” Becca had to bite her lip to keep from laughing. In the middle of the girl’s hallway, in the middle of various luggage, lay Emma rubbing her head.
“Who left a complete luggage store in your hallway Becca? I thought you guys were all unpacked!!” Emma said sitting up a little.
“We are….this is all the guys luggage….they must have left it here…” Becca kneeled down next to Emma and straightened a few bags.
“I wonder what they’ve got in there?” Emma asked inspecting a red suitcase.
“Probably just clothes and stuff…..right?” Becca looked at Emma.
“You never know….” Emma grinned mischievously.
“Emma….” Becca said warily.
“Lets take a peek…” Emma said excitedly.
“Why?” Becca rolled her eyes.
“ Cause! Maybe there’s a present for you in there….” Emma looked at the various cases that lay around them.
“Ohh….maybe…” Becca’s eyes lit up. (Because everyone knows , Becca LOVES presents!)
“And they’re never gonna know…” Emma giggled
“Ok!” Becca giggled also and opened a medium size black case next to her.

“Hmmm…Becca hasn’t kicked me out yet…” Cassidy thought to herself as she stood under the hot spray, rinsing the conditioner out of her hair.
“She’ll probably still kick my butt when she finds out I used her strawberry shampoo and conditioner…” Cassidy giggled to herself as she shut the water off and stepped out of the shower. (BN: Hehe Cassidy is constantly using my conditioner and shampoo….it’s like she just comes over to my house to wash her hair!)

“Oh shit, we left our stuff at Bec and Cass’ place…” Howie realised as the boys drove home in Brian’s Jeep.
“That’s cool, we’ll just get it later…I’m sure you have enough stuff at your place!” Brian replied, the other boys nodded in agreement.
They rounded the corner and pulled into AJ’s drive and he got out of the backseat.
“Until tonight Moochachos….” AJ waved from his driveway. (BN: I love this word!! Hehe what I’m mature!)
“See ya later bone…” The guys replied as they backed out and headed to Howie’s place who was next on the way.

“Hmmm….what’s a girl to wear??” Cassidy laughed softly as she rummaged through her closet.
“Ok let’s go through the checklist…” Cassidy decided and mentally ran through her ‘checklist’ that she used almost everyday to decide what to wear.
“Ok…..where am I going…” Cassidy thought.
“It’s dinner. I’d better wear a dress.” She grabbed a bunch of dresses from her closet and threw them on her bed.
“Ok, and most importantly, who am I trying to impress…” Cassidy looked at the picture of Nick smiling at her from the beside table.
“Easy…” She laughed.

“Oh….Emma, look at this……” Becca gasped as she delicately handled a worn old teddy bear with one eye missing.
“Awww……who’s is it??” Emma held the teddy lovingly.
“It’s Kevin’s…”
“God…it’s so old and worn….he must have had it since he was a kid…” Emma shook her head amazed.
“That’s so sweet….they must get really lonely on the road sometimes…” Becca said sympathetically.
“I guess that’s why Brian wanted you to go so badly, because he misses you so much!” Emma smiled.
“I honestly can’t wait….I think it’s gonna be the weirdest experience of my life…” Becca replied honestly of the upcoming tour she would be accompanying Brian on.
“Why the weirdest??” Emma asked intrigued.
“I don’t know….I think just because I have no idea what to expect….”

“So, uhhh….Cassidy…..you and me….we’re down right?” Nick spoke to his reflection in the mirror. He shook his head and sighed.
“We’re ‘down’……ok that’s not gonna work…” Nick looked at his reflection and began again.
“Cassidy…..Cass….I wanna be with you…..do you…wanna be with me?” Nick’s face distorted as soon as the phrase left his mouth.
“Ok that’s even worse than the “We’re down’!” Nick laughed.
“Just be yourself….” Nick nodded to the mirror, giving himself a final glance over.
“Let’s go Romeo….” He sighed and headed downstairs and out to his car.

“Woo!! Calvin Klein…..” Emma said holding up a pair of cotton boxer shorts.
Becca laughed. “Umm Em, we don’t know if they’re clean!” She said, eyebrows raised.
Emma dropped the boxers abruptly back into the suitcase. “You know this is pretty perverse……” She started. “But also very interesting!” She grinned and continued rummaging through the cases.
“Oo! Hot sweater!” Becca said holding up a blue and gray, V-neck sweater.
Cassidy soon emerged dressed in a knee length gold dress which fitted the curves of her body perfectly; she laughed as she saw Becca and Emma. “What are you two snoops up to?”
Rebecca quickly put her hands behind her back. “Nothing…….” She quickly answered, looking up with innocent eyes but her huge grin gave them away.
“Cass, you have to see this teddy bear of Kevin’s, it’s the most gorgeous thing…..” Becca said gently lifting the bear out of Kevin’s case.
“Awww…..how sweet….” Cassidy gushed.
“Anything else of umm…..interest in there??” Cassidy asked still holding onto the bear.
Emma pulled out a pair of baggy jeans belonging to Nick.
“Why hello……what has Nicky got these for?!?” Emma teased pulling two condoms from Nick’s back pocket.
“Emma!! Stop snooping!!” Cassidy said, then thought to herself, “Wait up…what the hell is he doing with those in his back pocket!”
“I’m gonna have a quick shower…..” Rebecca said heading off to the bathroom.

Rebecca finished her shower, wrapped herself in a towel and continued to her room to get dressed.
“Good look!” Emma laughed as she went in to have her shower.
“Yeah, yeah….” Becca laughed and began looking through her closet.
“Hmmmm…..what’s a gal to wear?” She said out aloud. (BN: Hehehe Cassidy I just realised you wrote that you said that same line! Oh well..)
“Ok dinner……what are you going for Bec? Glam, Cute, Casual, Sexy, Innocent??” Becca thought to herself.
Cassidy poked her head around the door, “I wonder what Bri would say if you showed up in your birthday suit?”
“Yeah that’s the look I was going for Cass….Commando!” Rebecca laughed sarcastically.
“I’ll pick something out…” Cassidy smiled and continued to look through Becca’s closet. “Perfect! Put this on….” Cassidy said handing Rebecca out a gorgeous white slip dress which set off her olive skin perfectly.

“I always liked that dress…” Cassidy smiled as she began Becca’s hair.
“Yeah….” Becca looked at her reflection in the mirror.
“What’s wrong?” Cassidy asked, two bobby pins in her mouth.
“I dunno…just a little nervous I guess…” Becca said beating around the bush. Cassidy and her may have been best friends….but Becca still wasn’t just going to spit out, “Hey Cass, I’m losing my virginity tonight…what do ya think!?”
“Nervous why?” Cassidy already knew something was going on.
“Just uhh…” Becca looked at Cassidy’s reflection in the mirror, than down at her hands.
“Becca?” Cassidy asked.
“Well…me and Brian….” Becca began but paused hoping he wouldn’t have to go any further.
“Oh!” Cassidy’s eyes widened and her mouth fell open.
“Cassidy! Some support here maybe!?” Becca laughed at Cassidy who quickly shut her mouth and gave Becca a hug. Cassidy had a smile so big on her face Becca seriously thought it was going to crack any second.
“Aren’t you gonna say anything?” Becca laughed exasperated.
“I’m trying!!” Cassidy laughed, “I don’t want to say the wrong…”
“Cass!!” Becca laughed.
“I’m sorry!! I’m just so happy and excited for you!! And I’m also very proud of you…” Cassidy said sincerely. Becca smiled.
“Thanks Cass…now finish my hair, we’re gonna be late!” Becca ordered.
“Oh! Rudeness…” Cassidy laughed and began slightly curling Rebecca’s hair.

“Am I a legend or am I a legend!” Cassidy laughed when she had finished Becca’s hair. Emma walked in a whistled, “Remind me to call you next time I have a hot date Cass! You look gorgeous Bec..”
“Thanks so do you….” Becca smiled. “Oh yeah….Cass, I borrowed your dress….you don’t mind do you?” Emma asked looking down at the strappy, square necked denim dress.
“No! You look hot in it anyway!…” Cassidy smiled widely.
Rebecca smiled at her reflection….Cassidy had done a great job on her hair, it was slightly curled and hung loosely around her shoulders.
“Thanks Cassidy…” Becca smiled.
“No problems sweetie.”
“Ok well we’d better be going….your car or mine?” Emma asked as she carefully put on some lipgloss.
“Ours and I shotgun driving!” Cassidy said quickly before anyone else could complain.
“Ok lets go chicas!” Becca laughed grabbing her bag and heading out to their car.
