Yes, Friends is the show where it's possible to not work, spend all day drinking coffee, and yet still have an expensive apartment in New York City. Ok, so it fails the realism test. Big deal. It's entertaining, and that's why I always make a point to watch it.

Joey, Chandler, Monica, Rachel, Ross, and Phoebe are likeable, funny characters. I think the main reason I like Friends so much is that it's the only sitcom currently on TV that's actually funny. And it manages it without seeming to try too hard. Of course, none of the characters can act, but the writing is top-notch and the one-liners are great! And hey, that's what it's all about, right?

As Friends heads into what will most likely be its last season, I think we’ve all got our fingers crossed for Ross and Rachel. And I’d like to see Joey and Phoebe get together too. Why should they be left out, after all? Either way, we can expect some more great comedy, sappiness, and fun this season.
