41.Queen: A Night At The Opera  (1975)
A very fine album. and Queen's best. it's a quaint album with some great songs
on it. if you like Queen then you know what I'm talking about when I say this is a great
LP. "Your My Best Friend" makes me want to cry when I hear it. when I saw them
them in concert I was up close to Freddie when he was singing this song and the man had more passion than the word itself. he meant it. Bohemian Rhapsody is
another one of Queen's historic songs on this album. and the hits keep rolling on!

42.Jethro Tull: Thick As A Brick (1972)
Jethro Tull has two albums on my top 50 list. this album is one of their best.
Ian Anderson shows style like we've never seen before. their concerts are like
a Broadway musical. but better. Anderson on the flute is incredible.

43.Creedence Clearwater Revival: Cosmo's Factory (1970)
Great great great jamming songs on this album. there is NOT one bad song on it. just BAD ass tunes. like - "Green River" "I Heard It Through The Grapevine",
"Run Through The Jungle" and "Whole Stop The Rain". get this tape, burn one
and kick. enjoy all!

44.Bruce Springsteen: Born In The U.S.A. (1984)
Springsteen and the E street band is U.S. born and breed. and that's fine
by me. "I was,  born in the USA" the guy's been around a long time dishing
out great tunes such as "Born In The U.S.A." "Working On The Highway"
"Cover Me" and

45.The Eagles: The Hotel California (1976)
This is the Eagles best album. and my favorite song is "Welcome To the Hotel California." and "A New Kid In Town" is pretty cool too. the Eagles were a very
popular band back in the '70s. these dudes could jam.

46.Chicago: Transit Authority (1969)
Chicago has a lot of great albums, but I love this one the most. it barley made the top 50. Chicago IV came in at number 55. and Chicago II was number 88. the best songs on this LP are "Does Anybody Know What Time It Is", and
"Beginnings". oh, bring me back to Chicago and the '70s!

47.Van Morrison: Moondance (1970)
I get a lump in my throat when I listen to a few of these songs. my favorite is And It Stoned Me (what a great song). Van is a musicians, musician. he knows his craft. and it show on this album. the cat is cool!

48. Yes: Fragile (1972)
Yes is my fourth favorite rock group. along with Close To The Edge this album is the groups best. I was lucky enough to see them in concert twice. the "Close to the Edge Tour" was the best. the other tour was "Fragile" tour and the "Close To The Edge" tour. that was in the early '70's. I had this album at number 25. it barley made in "our" top 50.

49.Aerosmith: Toy's In the Attic (1975)
I didn't have this band in my top 50. but my friends had it in theirs. so they to barley made it. I like their music. but I really wasn't a fan of theirs. there are some cool tunes on this album. I think the best song is "Sweet Emotion". others are "Toy's In The Attic" and "Walk This Way".

50.Bad Company: Bad Company (1974)
Bad Company was an awesome band in concert. here's another group that could've been greater than they were if they hadn't broken up. they still had the
potential for some great music. this is a great album with a lot of heart.

I picked 100 of the best albums and narrowed it down to these fifty. it took a long time to get this list. and I
think its a pretty darn good one. others on the top 100 list included - Janis Joplin, The Doobie Brothers, Rush,
Traffic, Heart, Tom Petty, Stevie Wonder, Emerson, Lake and Palmer, the Moody Blues, and many others.
I hope you liked my list. let me know what you think. one way or the other. right on!
